How to deal with big changes in your life

Sometimes life surprises us with unexpected changes that are difficult to deal with by ourselves. We are all relational beings significantly affected by the contexts in which we participate, and by the interactions we have with others. Awareness is our greatest agent for dealing with change, however action and wise decisions are required for us to restructure our lives in a positive way.


Holding a collaborative, solution-focused approach, our conversations will allow you to figure out what is needed to generate the solutions that are consistent with your life vision and ideas about what will be satisfactory for you in your life.


Through a respectful dialogue, therapist and client will thus co-create a new context in which old, problem-saturated stories are deconstructed and new, solution-focused stories are authored through mutual interaction and feedback.


Our focus is on the present because this is the only time in which action can take place. Reality is a personal construction because we see things not as they are, but as we are.
